"Stephaine Chew’s State Farm office provides impeccable service. For instance, last week I had called their office twice and my phone was not working properly. I could not hear them and they could not hear me. I figured I would try later. Later that morning I received a text from their office letting me know that they had received a call from me, but there was trouble with the call. They asked me if there was anything they could help me with. Why do I think this is great service? They took the time to search their customer database to find it was me who had called and asked if there was anything I needed help with. I did need assistance with something that I would have put off for a later date or simply would have forgotten about. This is one of the many examples of their outstanding service of going above and beyond I consistently experience. If you are looking for an insurance agent with a team that cares about their clients, by being proactive and professional I highly recommend contacting Stephaine Chew’s State Farm office."
